Our office in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Trust Services Administrator.

The Trust Services Administrator is responsible for the coordination of services and administration of trust relationships with third-party fiduciary to resolve issues and respond to requests. This position involves client facing activities assisting our advisors and estate planning team with strategic planning.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent client service, with exceptional organizational, communication and administrative skills. Salary range is $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities:

Support maintenance of trust appointment protocols and systems
Maintain, organize and track various trust documents
Support trustee nomination implementation, support submission of documentation
Read, review and summarize trust documents
Coordinate services with third-party fiduciary
Interface with various wealth management services departments, advisors and attorneys
Participate in team strategy discussions
Collaborate with advisor teams to ensure clients goals/objectives are being met
Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature as necessary in order to achieve the firm’s business development and client retention objectives
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform business functions with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance

Minimum two years of technical expertise in the area of trust administration
Proficient knowledge in estate and trust documents
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and CRM software
Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Efficient and effective written and oral communication skills
Detailed oriented, ethical, multi-tasker, problem solving, deadline driven
Exceptional follow through, reliable
Ability to maintain positive attitude, self-motivated, ethically sound judgement
Excellent interpersonal skills, including flexibility, tact, and diplomacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
