We currently have a contract opportunity for an Agile Scrum Master.
- Managing the day-to-day operational aspects for the Agile team by facilitating agile scrum/ activities and meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for our information security team
- Assist the product owner with program, project, and product updates as well as backlog grooming
- Partner with team members to ensure clarity of needs and plan for changes, updates, and new products
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep the team running at high performance
- Own and manage communication plan across projects, which may span multiple teams
- Ability to interact with product, engineering and senior stakeholders
- Be inquisitive in eliciting details with the capability to articulate and present complex situations/scenarios that can be understood by different audiences
- Work experience in Agile methodologies
- Proficient in the use of tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Excel, Word, Power point, and Visio, and video conferencing and IM (Slack)
- Experience in Cybersecurity projects is highly preferred
