Assistant Montessori Teacher
Global Montessori School of Westwood is looking for an experienced Montessori assistant for our pre-k classroom (ages 3-6).
We are looking for a professionally trained teacher who aspires to make a difference each day in the lives of children and has a determination to learn.
We are seeking a teacher who can guide, instead of teaching, children with passion, patience, and a love of learning.
Required Qualifications:
Computer proficiency
Three professional references
3-6 Early Child Development 12 ECE units
CPR/First Aid Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Loving and respectful
Values:

Possess and demonstrate excellent integrity.
Exhibits a composed and professional demeanor at all times.
Able to inspire children to create a positive self-image and confidence
Other Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a Montessori environment is a plus.
Ideally, the candidate will be either Montessoritrained, currently undergoing training, or intending to.
Spanish a plus
