MAINTENANCE POSITION AVAILABLE for Property Management Company
We are a small management company based in Los Angeles; we are looking for someone to fill a FULL-TIME position on our Maintenance Team servicing various properties between West Los Angeles and DTLA.
JOB INCLUDES:
$21-$30.00 per hour pay rate (based on experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
Must have own tools
Must have own vehicle
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
