We are looking for the innovative, driven to find a solution in a complex and dynamically evolving marketplace and look at “no” as just a challenge to find the next “yes”.Greenlots’ is seeking a SALES DIRECTOR, FLEET!As North American corporate fleet electrification efforts increase, Greenlots seeks to add a Sales Director to our team to ensure that we continue to grow our presence in the fleet market.
This individual will leverage the work Greenlots has already done in the fleet electrification space with several large customers – as well as the significant technology and operational investments that Greenlots is making that specifically focus on the fleet segment.The individual will specifically focus on larger corporate fleet prospects and ideally has a background in selling services into the fleet market and would love the challenge of prospecting in this new emerging, fleet electrification market.The role will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and managing a base client book of business.
The ideal candidate has a strong history of working across functional teams to deliver solutions to larger customers.
Because Greenlots is owned by Shell, the role may require coordination and collaboration with different Shell businesses to build-off of an enhance Shell’s existing fleet relationships.The specific responsibilities will include:Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets throughout the year and annuallyUnderstand the overall corporate fleet electrification landscape and develop implement plans to generate salesManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealUpdate weekly and keep CRM currentUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnershipsLearn the Greenlots solution and value proposition, prepare sales presentations and present to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedicationRemain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needsRespond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputationNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data What We’re Looking For:BS or BA – but the successful candidate could have a wide range of potential academic focus areasProven experience in a sales roleAbility to work with a team – or work solo in some cases – to create a work product (presentation, quote, document that explains a product) to help advance the sales processSuccessful track record selling into fleets and/or large companies with complicated sales cyclesExperience dealing with various types of customers, defusing difficult situations, and managing through potentially challenging customer environmentsUnderstands how to work with large customers and internal functional and legal resources to finalize a contractOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plusExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skillsBusiness acumen and proven ability to speak in economic terms (e.G.
