The midpoint of the salary range is $128,485 annually.The Workday Technology
– Senior Product Manager is responsible for the articulation of technical requirements in support of system troubleshooting and enhancement, Workday project execution, as well as input and support for strategic efforts identified to deliver on the AECOM HR technology agenda.In this role you will collaborate with other members of the Workday team as well as internal customers across HR and the business to improve our digital HR experience and Workday adoption.

Your primary focus will be to execute on the global Workday technology strategy through needs identification, requirements translation, and collaboration with the Workday technical team to execute on Workday projects across the globe.Key Responsibilities* Advanced Workday technical capabilities and understanding across the HCM suite* Familiarity with Oracle, Kenexa Brass Ring, Cognos, SharePoint, Service Now* Lead stakeholders through technology projects (e.g.

enhancements & system upgrades) from planning to configuration to testing and implementation
– providing leadership, functional and technical guidance* Support global Workday technology strategy and roadmap by partnering with Workday technology colleagues and outsourced teams* Manage and oversee relevant team process documentation* As relevant, work with AECOM internal audit team in the timely execution/delivery of relevant process, procedures and materials* Provide strategic insights on Workday best-practices including HCM-Core, Advanced Comp, Security etc… inclusive of new feature assessment, system settings and enhancement opportunities* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout the enterprise* Performs other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus 10 years of relevant HRIS experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.* At least 6 years of Workday technology development/configuration and team leadership experience; preferably in a professional services organization (or support of a professional services organization)* Deep understanding and experience across multiple Workday modules/areas including HCM Core, Security, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Reporting* Strong understanding of HCM, Talent, and learning technology trends and the acumen to transform this understanding into meaningful strategy and action* Highly collaborative, with an ability to work with leaders at all levelsPreferred Qualifications* Workday HCM Certified* Demonstrated knowledge of key technologies such as Oracle, Service Now, Kenexa Brass Ring/other applicant tracking systems* 3 years of experience working with a globally dispersed team including onshore and offshore technical team membersAdditional Information:* Relocation assistance is not available for this position.* Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.What We OfferWhen you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
