nn nnAs a Workday Data Manager your primary responsibilities may include: nn nnLead a team of one to four Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teams nn nnServe as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the WorkdayCloudHCM & Financials system nn nnConverting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools nn nnCreate ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday nn nnLead in the validation of data loaded into Workday nn nnResponsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project nn nnResponsible for key communication to project and client leadership nn nnCloselyfollow the strategic directionset by leadership when establishing Workday project goals nn nnCollaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives nn nnResponsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary nn nnLead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience nn nnWhy should I join the Accenture Workday team?

nn nnHeres what you need: nn nnExisting and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification nn nn5+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Associate Mgr., or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm nn nn3+ years of hands-on Workday Data conversion experience on 6+ full lifecycle implementations in leadership role nn nn3+ years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience nn nnBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience nn nnBonus points if: nn nnKeen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) nn nnDemonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics nn nnReferenceable consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with deep, overall knowledge of information systems nn nnProven experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint nn nnApplicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.
