You are As a member of one of the worlds largest Workday-certified teams, youll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.

From rapid deployments to entire transformations, youll deliver integrated,payroll,cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Change Management Manager you should expect to be involved in the following: Facilitate Change Management discovery workshops with Client executives and key stakeholders Identify changes beingintroducedto the Clients organization (e.g., business process, technology, and organizational change) and develop Change Management strategy, approach, and plans to drive adoptionforthese changes Create strategy and approach to identify and lead a change network Develop communications strategy and approach, create content, provide Workday demonstrations, and prepare/deliver learningsolutions Develop training strategy and approach, create tools and deliver train-the-trainer sessions Prepare approaches and deliver activities to measure readiness and adoption for change Collaborate with other Workday Change Management Consultants around best practices and frameworks for managing change for Workday deployments As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

(https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/your-future-rewards-benefits) QualificationsHere’s what you need: 2 years of experience with Workday products 2 years of experience in change management or training 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, Lead, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm Bachelors Degree Bonus Points if: Existing and up to date Workday HCM certification 4 years of experience in change management or training 2 years of experience with large global clients Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and approaches Human Resources (HR) background or experience Experience with developing training curricula and materials Experience conducting technology training to users.
