Glassdoor is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to join our Web Marketing Operations Team who is passionate about crafting extraordinary web experiences for Glassdoor’s audiences around the world!

This position will be part of the team responsible for the optimization and growth of Glassdoor’s marketing-owned employer, job seeker, and economic research digital properties, driving innovation, revenue, and expansion.

The ideal candidate is analytical and self-motivated with experience in conversion rate optimization.

You will partner with a UX designer and engineers to help develop the strategy for new website features, in addition to leading campaign and content initiatives crafted to drive traffic and quality conversions.

This position is also responsible for owning the conversation strategy for engaging employers and job seekers in our chat tool, Drift.

The ideal experience fit is someone who has experience building, and optimizing digital content experiences and has an analytical mind for executing testing, to achieve success through iteration.

This role will collaborate with partners across Glassdoor to drive innovative website solutions that meet revenue and traffic growth goals, and elevate the Glassdoor digital brand.What You’ll Do:* Project manage all campaigns and digital experiences built for product launches and marketing campaigns.* Support internationalization of digital properties into new markets, and running the translation process with our international team.* Support crafting the Fiscal year and Quarterly roadmap for the Web Marketing team initiatives.* Own the creation of design briefs, JIRA stories, and leading the bi-weekly sprint workload for the team to ensure delivery of new site features and digital projects on time.* Support the QA process for browser and device testing of all new web features built before deploying new functionality.* Collaborating and partnering with project contributors at every level to launch marketing campaign-related web projects.* Lead the content and conversation flows for Drift our live chat and AI bot technology, serving as a conversational thought partner to the Sales Development organization.* Analyze reporting trends and develop recommendations for A/B Testing to drive improvements and optimize conversions.What You’ll Bring:* An addition to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion* 4+ years experience in marketing.* Expertise with WordPress and Google Analytics are a must.* Excellent organization, process planning, and process documentation is preferred.* A strong desire and ability to add to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion* Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms like Drift, Intercom, or other equivalent chat tools is preferred.Why Glassdoor?* 100% company paid medical/dental/vision/life coverage, with 80% dependent coverage.* Equity Incentives in our parent company’s ADR (Recruit Holdings, Stock ID: 6098T).* 401(k) Plan with a Company Match to prepare for your future.* Generous paid holidays and open paid time off.Our Commitments* Transparency: We are open and honest.
