Position: Vice President – Specialty Education We are seeking a Vice President – Specialty Education to lead and supervise the educational programs within our Behavioral Health Division. The ideal candidate will provide strategic planning, foster teamwork, and advocate for the educational needs of our students. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision for educational programs within the Behavioral Health Division. Develop and implement long-range planning consistent with patient/student trends and community needs. Collaborate with Division Leadership and facility CEOs to execute annual educational services strategic plans. Foster teamwork to create exceptional learning environments and promote student achievement. Support educational growth through data management, school improvement plans, and required technology. Advocate for fair and equitable treatment of students at state and federal levels. Monitor progress towards educational goals and recommend strategic adjustments as needed. Stay informed about state and federal education legislation and advocate for the company’s position. Identify and implement new educational opportunities, such as programs for individuals with autism. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in advocating for educational legislation. Ability to work strategically and tactically to achieve positive outcomes.
