What Youll Be Doing Deep partnership with field sales and our selling ecosystem to accelerate growth, win in the market and meet and exceed bookings, pipeline and revenue targets Support our strategic go-to-market priorities, including helping to build a transformational, top-down selling motion (in addition to well established existing motions).
Build, grow, coach, motivate and lead a world-class pre-sales team Create and execute comprehensive strategy for the Solution Consulting team that aligns to the broader GTM strategy Engagement in key client, partner and prospect relationships and in top / strategic / must-win opportunities in the theater Create and operate a departmental vision that aligns with the corporate strategy Provide data and information regarding the performance of the department to support senior level decision making Cascade department level strategies and objectives down to individual performance plans Lead by our corporate values of Collaborative, Creative, Open, Inclusive, Authentic, and Tenacious Lead from the front You Have At least 5 years of Solution Consulting experience (Preferably SaaS).
Experience in managing an Americas regional team (or a significant portion of the Americas) Ability to both lead and execute Ideally BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical Concentration.
