The VP of Sales will lead a rapidly growing team of highly-motivated real estate sales personnel across our 25 (and growing) national markets.

This role will report directly to the President and Co-founder.

nn nn We are on a pathway for rapid growth and the VP of Sales will play a critical role in defining REX’s sales strategy and reaching our ambitious goals.

We are searching for a sales leader who has deep experience in building and scaling teams, using data to drive strategy and decision making, and overachieving sales targets.

The VP of Sales will be a key contributor to new product development, creating and strengthening cross-departmental partnerships and a valued member of the REX leadership team.

n nn nn VP of Sales Job Description nn Responsibilities Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (brokerage and transaction services including mortgage, escrow, title and insurance) Deliver listing goals with Regional Sales Managers through a team of Relationship Managers around the country.

Drive sell-through of those listings to achieve closings targets with Regional Sales Managers through Relationship Managers Cross-sell and collaborate with transaction services teams to hit attach rate goals and revenue targets Improve NPS and word-of-mouth referrals to hit targets Forge a strong partnership with the VP of Sales and Business Operations to optimize full lead funnel metrics Execute organizational process changes/improvements w/ Sales Ops VP Performance manage direct reports, maintaining REX’s high standards for excellence Primary communicator of sales results to staff, the senior leadership team and sometimes shareholders and the board Co-lead the Sales Leaders Meeting, Stats DSU, and lead Bi-Weekly 1:1’s Participate actively in cross functional leadership forums including these weekly ones Sales Metrics Meeting, Senior Product/Engineering/Data Update, Marketing Spend Meeting, Recruiting Update Make market level personnel decisions (hire, promote and performance manage) Key contributor in development of products Partner with CTO and Head of Product in development of new technologies/products/tools to support sales Innovate to create efficiencies and new opportunities Provide real estate and sales subject matter expertise Assist in execution of rollouts of new products and tools in partnership with Head of Product, Director of Product & Process Optimization Key contributor and partner in data projects and analysis Develop a deep understanding of the data behind the business and the dashboards in systems in which it resides Actively consult all relevant data sources daily to stay on top of performance across markets and products and act quickly when appropriate Work with CDO to ensure proper measurement of sales activities Use data to make objective decisions and to create opportunities Key contributor to business strategy and leadership  Work with CEO, President, and CTO on growth strategies  Identify opportunities for growth and improvements
