RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Kroll Cyber sales team is looking for a Vice President, Partner Alliances & Business Development, Cyber Risk, to engage and manage Kroll Cyber’s network of technology partners.
These technology partners underpin our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) offering, and serve as critical revenue generation sources.
In this role you will manage all things revenue related for a set list of technology partners, including account management, joint business and marketing planning, direct sales enablement, and partner sales motions.
The role will include deep collaboration with key internal teams from Sales, Managed Services delivery, Incident Response, Product, Marketing and Legal to drive efficiency and revenue growth from our partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day sales relationship with key technology partners
Develop and manage effective sales motions and engagement protocols between Kroll direct sales and technology partners
Develop and report on key sales metrics (overall revenue, conversion ratio, etc.)
Leverage partner resources to enable Kroll sales teams
Collaborate with technical partner management on cross-over activity
Coordinate with marketing to develop and execute on joint go-to-market strategies
Manage sales requests and escalations
Identify new routes to revenue through our partners
REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years prior work experience in the managed security, MSSP, MDR, or similar in a partner business development function
High energy, driven individual with the ability to establish rapport and confidence with internal stakeholders and partners
Deep understanding of MDR solutions, market place, and competitive landscape
Deep understanding of Kroll’s offerings, value propositions, clients, and partners
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel for work, including to conferences, internal meetings, and to partner and/or client sites
History of working for rapid growth technology firms
