We are seeking an experienced and capable Vice President of Operations to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the firm.

This critical hire will report directly to the Managing Partner and will be charged with managing all aspects of business operations.

Job Title: Vice President, OperationsSchedule: Full Time, Flexible HoursHybrid Work Schedule Available (combination of in-office and at home) Job Description Core duties and responsibilities include the following: * Oversee daily operations of multiple departments* Establishes, implements and communicates the strategic direction of the firm’s operations* Analyze procedures and identify areas of improvement* Lead and build top-performing professionals to drive the achievement of set-forth goals and objectives* Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations* Manage the Firm’s quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities* Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.* Interview, hire, train, coach and mentor employees and the operations management team.* Maintain a culture of continuous improvement of the firm’s operations* Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, best practices emerging technologies and trends in the industry and operations management* Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems* Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the firm’s goals and objectives* Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources* Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.Key Selection Criteria & Qualifications The Vice President, Operations will possess excellent subject matter expertise to meet the needs of the Firm.

Such expertise includes: * Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible Operations experience* At least 5 years in management with experience effectively leading teams through a rapidly changing business environment* Operations experience at a company with revenues of $50M or larger.* Strong competency in strategic planning and business planning* Profit and loss/budgeting experience* Strong project management skills* Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles* Analytical problem-solving skills* Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement* Must be highly emotionally intelligent* Proven leader with the ability to build strong business relationships at all levels throughout an organization* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proficiency to present complex business issues* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver quantifiable, measurable results* An entrepreneurial, will do/won’t quit attitude and work ethic* Integrity and ethics that are beyond reproachReporting Relationship and Team:This role will report directly to the co-Managing Partner of the Firm and will sit on the executive team.

The Vice President, Operations will lead at least 5 departments, currently comprised of approximately 70 employees in total (and growing).

Education:The successful candidate will possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other industry-related field.

An MBA is an added plus.
