Vice President of Sales

The company is operationally sound, seeking a strategic sales leader to take risks, gain share, and impact the specialty side of the business.

The opportunity: The VP of Sales will develop and implement a strategy to gain share across all regions.

This role will impact the business by expanding the specialty products side and identifying opportunities for tactical improvements.

The right candidate will be a highly driven problem solver that embraces chaos and change as a constant.

What you will need to be successful: Strategic sales strategy and planning experience, serving commercial & multifamily general contractors and subcontractors with thorough knowledge of construction site logistics Proven ability to develop and promote people, overseeing at least 10 direct reports History of success understanding customers and developing a strategic value proposition A curious problem solver with a strong financial acumen that is humble and driven to succeed Willingness to travel 25% across the Midwest Who we are:  Misura Group is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to the lumber and building materials industry.
