Summary
 Responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all retail marketing and merchandising.
Marketing plans, social media, loyalty, planograms, and visual merchandizing programs, category management functions.
Develop programs that drive increased customer loyalty, product sales, and overall profit growth.
Key seasonal events, counter attack strategies, collateral, pricing and promotion strategies.
 Requirements
    Bachelor’s Degree and/or strong applicable work experience.
MBA is preferred but not required.
 10+ years of merchandising and marketing experience in the supermarket, grocery, convenience industry, big box retail, QSR/Fast Casual or applicable retail environment is required  Current Job Function: Director or above  Previous responsibility for the creation and execution marketing initiatives for at least 100 retail locations is required.
