As a member of the senior team at Toll Brothers, the Division VP will work with company leaders to promote a culture of construction excellence as the company continues to grow and diversify.nn nn Primary Responsibilities: nn Establish strategic and tactical plans to improve residential sales and production in support of company goals within the division Focus on attaining and delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction to Toll customers High level of prior Profit & Loss responsibility Create systems, processes, and routines to reduce cycle time and maximize divisional revenue and boost new home delivery volume Establish and maintain a continuous improvement program to include development of technical standards and technical audit program, implementation of an inspection and verification program, targeted training, trade contractor partnering, and leveraging support from product manufacturers Coach/mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, and the Construction/Warranty teams in the areas of operational excellence Collaborate with departmental leaders in Human Resources, Land Development, Architecture, Purchasing, Toll Integrated Systems, Risk Management, Information Technology, Construction and Sales to optimize processes, the quality and timeliness of deliveries and customer satisfaction Hire, educate, train, and manage individuals throughout the division, forming a team that will work together and grow to become successful, contributing members of your community Strategically plan and support Toll employees to improve business outcomes n 2020 WORLD’S MOST ADMIRED COMPANIES LIST n#1 in Home Building Six Years in a Row n
– Fortune magazine n nQualificationsn Minimum of a 4-year degree Deep experience in the new home construction industry 10+ years of regional or national residential construction management experience Proven track record developing highly competent, engages, and efficient teams of residential sales and construction professionals Familiar with current software applications used within the residential construction industry, and good at helping others see the benefits of integrating technology with construction operations.
