Position Description.

In this role you and your team will influence how customers think about and connect with Caldera Medical as a brand, steering the business through the next phase of growth.

Develop and execute marketing programs that create demand generation while collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Capture VOC to inform portfolio investments and bring to life new product launches.

You will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will oversee a department that is responsible for all upstream and downstream marketing activities..

Demonstrated ability in product management, market expansion, events, and marketing campaigns..

Exceptional team player with proven ability to develop talent and lead through influence..

Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on patient, customer, and company success..

Accountability.

Drive product Launches..

Develop programs to drive leads to sales team..

Develop product and marketing strategies to move significant market share..

Guide, track, and measure against objectives, present to executives..

Metric.

Achieving AOP and long-range plan revenue.

Market Share Gain.

Candidate Requirements.

Education and Experience.

MBA.

15+ years’ experience including 10+ years’ experience in marketing..

5+ years’ experience leading a marketing team with ownership of marketing budget..

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time..
