You’ll join as we scale our go-to-market activities globally.

You’ll report directly to FinLync’s CEO and serve as member of the Executive Leadership Team.

As such, you’ll be a key leader with a voice in all FinLync strategic decisions.nn nn n nn nn What you’ll do nn Have direct accountability for FinLync global sales growth and performance Design and set a positive tone in the FinLync’s global sales organization Secure meetings with your network of corporate finance and treasurer leaders Recruit, train, develop and retain sales team and supporting infrastructure Serve as a key member of FinLync’s Executive Leadership Team nn n nn nn What you’ll need nn 5-10 Years sales leadership experience Experience serving Fortune 2K enterprise customers Experience selling into corporate finance and treasury functions A track record as a culture-oriented people leader Experience with premium brand positioning to support top-of-market pricing nn n nn nn What we’d like to see nn 5+ Years of sales experience in a high growth, venture-backed SaaS company Deep knowledge of sales function hiring, onboarding & training, process, measurement, incentives & compensation Experience leading international teams Experience defining a state-of-the-art sales processes and enabling technologies nn n nn nn Perks nn Competitive Compensation $1 Healthcare Extensive Fitness & Wellness Benefits Geographic Flexibility Learning and development opportunities
