Headquartered in Los Angeles, with over 90 offices and more than 75 correspondent clients, our commitment to providing customized service is the foundation of our consistent growth.Our Advanced Clearing and Prime Services division has an immediate need for a Liaison, who will be responsible for maintaining relationships between Wedbush Securities Inc. and the broker-dealer clients.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Manage relationship between the firm and broker-dealer clients* Coordinate on-boarding of new clients and accounts* Assist clients with system configuration, documentation and compliance* Set-up client log-in credentials* Provide training and support to correspondent clients* Compose, edit and distribute memos, letters and reports* Answer and direct calls and act as an information resource* Act as a liaison and problem-solver to both internal and external contacts* Assist with process improvements and document internal processes & procedures* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion* Other duties and projects as assignedExperience and Skills* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required* Series 7 and other FINRA licenses preferred* 2+ years of brokerage and/or trading desk experience preferred* Extremely strong organizational, time management and project management skills* Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills* Solid verbal and written communication skills* Highly proficient with MS Office software* Able to build complex Excel spreadsheets and analyze data is essential* Basic understanding of FIX language is a plus* Able to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
