This role can be a remote based role and will require travel to our prospect and client sites on a monthly basis.

n nn nn Position Summary nn nn R eporting to the EVP, Enterprise Business Solutions, the  Vice President, Enterprise Business Solutions (VP)  will achieve assigned sales objectives in their assigned target accounts or territory.

The  VP  will initiate and develop the customer relationship, and be responsible for orchestrating complex sales engagements from generating a pipeline of prospects, initial discovery through needs analysis to solutioning, negotiating and through to contract completion. We are seeking experienced, quota carrying sales performers, who have sold Software to the Wealth Managment Industry who are looking to focus their skills to drive the value of the Docupace Platform to our customers and prospects.

The  VP , is responsible for energetically championing Docupace’s industry leading platform of products and supporting services.

n nn nn Responsibilities/Duties nn Execute on a sales business plan to achieve defined company sales objectives.

Provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts.

Provide detailed and accurate weekly sales forecasting on current sales pipeline and expected levels of achievement.

Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts.

Develop and maintain pipeline to support quota attainment in company CRM (Salesforce) system.

Qualify opportunities and position the value of Docupace’s products and services.

Perform all sales-related activities: (ALIGN TO KPI’s – Activity based selling: meet and exceed requirements of phone calls, meetings, demos, professional services goals, to assure best case of sales quota.) Leverage business from new & established relationships.

Manage each stage of a complex sale – discovery, solution, negotiate, close.

Develop strong internal working relationships with all functional areas within Docupace.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the wealth management industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, and primary competitors in their industry.

Manage the customer’s experience throughout the sales process.

Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Document pertinent data related to customer and prospect interactions.

Participate in networking events and strategically network through other customers and prospects.

In the absence of travel, facilitate virtual client meetings to develop critical relationships.

After Travel Restrictions are lifted, post-covid, travel for in-person meetings with customers to develop key relationships. Travel as necessary (approx.

30-50%) nn Attributes nn Experience with complex sales cycles in a FinTech marketplace a must.

Must have an ability to understand and solve complex business problems, position, and articulate a vision with a corresponding solution to improve customer’s business processes and performance.

Are a proactive, driven, can-do sales professional.

Will get it done and close mentality.

A hands-on sales professional with a documented and proven ability to leverage sales training, scripting, and messaging to communicate a compelling brand message to prospective customers.

Have the ability to facilitate and present solutions virtually and in person.

Demonstrate ability as an independent thinker, team player, and a person willing to drive for results to effectively and quickly close enterprise level sales.

Proven track record of effective communication and interaction with C-level executives of leading financial services firms, including CEO, CTO, CSO, COO, and CCO.

Required to follow the established company Sales Process.

Ability to travel as required for onsite sales presentations, industry & client conferences, and sales training.

nn Education and Experience nn A minimum of 2 years of FinTech Enterprise Sales experience with a documented track record of sales success required.

A minimum of 2 years SaaS/OnDemand solutions selling required.

Documented success at selling an emerging market enterprise technology solution.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Inbound/Outbound Sales.

Salesforce CRM experience for Sales Reporting/Forecasting.
