Job Description 
 
The Advatix Vice President, Client Solutions  (VPCS) is responsible for meeting and exceeding the companys established financial objectives.

The VPCS will achieve the objectives by developing and executing an effective sales strategy, building, leading, and growing an exceptional sales team whose primary focus is on maintaining and growing existing business, creating new business, and providing a client experience that creates Advatix Advocates, that sustain those partnerships and lead to growing numbers of client referrals.  This position will lead the Client Solutions and Marketing teams, fostering close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organizations efficient operation and success. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive Leadership team, this role will be key in aligning and growing the companys financial results.

 
The VP, Client Solutions will work collaboratively with the global support team as needed to ensure that all relevant projects and objectives are implemented and progressing as planned.

The VP, Client Solutions is responsible for modeling company values and promoting the company culture.

 
Key Result Areas  
 
Sales Strategy
 
Responsible for the development and execution of the overall sales strategy to include financial goals, target markets, customer segments and product and service offerings. 
Oversees the maintenance of existing client relationships and ensures appropriate growth and expansion
Responsible for Client Solutions P&L including resource management, deployment and overall results.

Builds, fosters and maintains a world class sales team, while developing an exceptional bench to support future sales and organizational growth.

 
Sales Tactics
 
Responsible for determining how to compete and win constantly and consistently.

Develop, train and ensure effective pitch scripts are in place, consistently increasing sales conversion rates.

Prioritizes customer segments effectively to support the near-term, mid-term and long-term sales goals.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to close feature gaps in our product offerings
Responsible for consistently achieving their personal sales and service goals while also driving the sales activities of the Client Solutions team members.

Establishes and maintains a consistent schedule of client visits alongside the Client Solutions team to ensure sales opportunities are recognized and maximized. 
Supports the leadership team in the development and execution of all sales goals and understands all aspects of the goal development methodology and application (how it all works) 
Uses systems as prescribed to enter client data, analyze sales results, and identify and capitalize on existing opportunities. 
 
Client Relationship Management  
 
Consistently communicates with clients to ensure client satisfaction and that our services are top of mind with our clientele and that we achieving vendor of choice status. 
Develops and executes a strategy to maximize results with clients that includes forecasting and analysis.   
Conducts research in order to become subject matter expert in the areas relevant to our clientele.
