Our client, a prestigious Los Angeles Multifamily owner/operator seeks an experienced Asset Manager with diverse expertise in all aspects of asset management including operations and development.
Position can be located in other Western states.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee national multifamily portfolio, assuming primary responsible for property performance
- Track property compliance with reporting deadlines and other key project metrics
- Supervise property managers to ensure properties operate in accordance with anticipated budgets
- Initiate strategies to streamline and enhance property portfolio
- Interface with all levels of management to ensure timely delivery of property reporting
- Oversee recapitalizations, refinancing and dispositions of assets under management
- Review analyst responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and IRR analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years Asset Management experience, with strong expertise in Multifamily
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting or related field
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Some travel to properties required/site visits and inspections
- Leadership skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
