Vice President, Analytics Advisory

The Digital & Analytics North America Advisory leader will lead the definition, build, sell and delivery of the Digital & Analytics Advisory portfolio for Genpact and will focus on a specific industry vertical as priority working across service lines globally.

Reporting to the Vertical Transformation Leader and Digital Solutions & Advisory Leader, the leader is accountable for collaborating with capability leaders, service line leaders, sales and delivery teams in cross-functional units to deliver value to clients in their digital transformation journey and grow the portfolio.

Responsibilities Define and build Digital & Analytics Advisory offerings for enterprise digital transformation in the vertical.

Work closely with the service line and capability leaders to understand current spectrum of digital assets and solutions, understand the broader industry context, landscape, market insights and client demand to create offerings and setup the advisory services Drive growth and generate new business via our work on digital and analytics advisory services.

Partner with clients to understand their current digital footprint and business process, assess the landscape and work consultatively to identify the problem areas/improvement areas, recommend possible option and solutions to get there Build and lead a Digital & Analytics Advisory team focused on North America.

Empower, develop and mentor team managers and senior level individual contributors.

Expand and improve the team’s influence and impact with executives and senior leaders with clients.

Lead relevant client partners in sophisticated client engagements.

Engage with CXOs on a regular basis as part of solution delivery as well as proposal development.

Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive ambitious sales efforts.

Establish trusted business relationships across broader organization, gain consensus working with sophisticated matrixed structures and drive action from a large, diverse global set of constituents Identify and demonstrate resources and standard methodologies from other teams particularly practice, build and delivery teams, Solutioning and Sales.

Work with internal partners and clients across an array of solutions in Automation, Analytics and AI technologies Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Advisory and consulting experience Engagement management experience Analytic knowledge of business insight (end-to-end) Growth and results focused leader with significant leadership experience in the Digital Transformation who is passionate by the opportunity to rapidly grow a business in the next 2-3 years.

Carries the intellectual agility and curiosity needed to bring incisive perspectives and innovative ways to a discussion.

Ability to independently influence CXOs, analysts & advisors; is viewed as a trusted advisor and commands industry stature as a deep domain specialist & inspiring leader.

Demonstrates product attitude– experience in building products through a structured approach desirable; thinks scalability, repeatability, standardisation.

Confirmed abilities in operating with senior leaders, building robust internal networks and delivering high impact programs in complex-matrixed environments.
