This role is uniquely positioned to help us achieve our rapid growth objectives, with a lean mindset, in-line with the agility and goals of the business.nn nn A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES nn nnLead adoption of lean portfolio management across the organization, including a consistent prioritization and governance frameworknn nnEmploy and demonstrate the value of lean delivery practices with ownership of strategic initiatives with successful outcomesnn nnEvangelize and drive adoption of the SAFe Agile framework with practical application across teams and initiativesnn nnEmploy KPIs as a source of truth to provide transparency, measure progress, and drive continuous improvementnn nnOperationalize and support timely measurement, reporting, and analysis of our portfolio, value stream, and team metrics and healthnn nnEnable delivery focused on outcomes with a clear purpose, roles, milestones, budget management.
