A Value Stream Supervisor’s primary duty is to develop the best team, role model behaviors/values, and to deliver results in a compliant manner.
Supervisors are accountable for processes, personnel, safety, and compliance within their manufacturing area.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety and GMP quality compliance, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and qualified for GMP work, collaborating are communicating with support functions, scheduling employees and managing work load for manufacturing area, reviewing and approving GMP documentations, supporting and leading area Operational Excellence improvements.
Education, training and experience, or any combination thereof, will be evaluated in assigning personnel to Manufacturing Management positions.
This is a full-time position.
It is a salaried role.
The hours are 3rd Shift 10pm
– 8:30am, Monday
– Thursday.
