Clinical Innovation deals with assisting clients in transformation of their delivery capabilities, particularly in regard to the direct delivery of care, how it is measured, and how it is paid for. The purpose of this role is to provide senior consulting leadership in hospitalization at home and other home health services capabilities for the firm, which includes, but is not limited to the following domains:
– Patient satisfaction, experience, and journey
– Consulting related to Care in the Home for acute through long-term levels- Strategy and planning
– Development of business and financial models
– Workforce models and staffing management
– Multidisciplinary collaboration
– Technology and services innovation being delivered to patients at home, or likely to be

– Integration of care at home models with traditional health systems, SNFs, and LTC
– Innovations nationally and internationally in care in the home

1. Responsibilities:
– Development and management of offerings in the domains above, in line with Accenture Health practice strategic goals
– Development of sales strategies, with existing and new clients, to identify areas where Clinical Innovation, Strategy, and technology services can drive client value and establish / extend Accenture’s presence.
– Sales and delivery C-Suite conversations that articulate the value of undertaking either incremental or transformational Innovation projects as a top priority
– Effectively collaborate with other key Accenture leaders in Strategy, Technology, Analytics, and Functional practices for development and delivery of solutions for clients
– Shaping and leading the business solution implementation: defining and supervising business architecture, process design and development activities, developing capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs.
– Implementing plans and leading teams to execute project deliverables on target, on time and on budget, managing full scope of Accenture team and associated contract delivery. Managing project financials.
– Assessing and managing risk throughout the project life-cycle and making adjustments as needed to ensure planned business outcomes are achieved
– Designing the projects overall communication strategy and approach for the targeted change journey
– Managing client expectations, and negotiating among key stakeholders to yield win-win outcomes
– Understanding and use of advanced technologies in the delivery of care and services to patients, including artificial intelligence, analytics, virtual health (telemedicine and remote monitoring), and patient-guided self-education

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years experience in Value Based Health Care

– Minimum of 3 years experience improving the patient experience of care

– Must have Consulting experience (preferred Professional Services)

– Must have 2 years of leadership or management experience

– Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare delivery costs

– Bachelors Degree

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $157,000 – $172,000 and information on benefits offered is here. if you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
