You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

Job Description:

    Experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer C4C) and lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutionsWork with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Lead to Opportunity and Customer Service offerings powered by SAP C4CProficient in C4C process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool and UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)Experience working with other CRM technologies with a good functional knowledge of Sales and Service processesDevelop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust as key advisorsAbility to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service areasMake the business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the clientAbility to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and partner ecosystem applications (e.g., MindTouch, SAP Contact Center)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

    Minimum 1 full life cycle of C4C Sales and Service implementationMinimum of 2 years’ experience with configuring SAP C4C Sales & Service process solutionsPrior experience as a team member of a CRM software related successful project implementationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points If:

    You’ve earned SAP C4C CertificationExperience with configuring C4C web services and integration. Setting up code list mappingYou have other SAP C/4HANA or SAP ECC experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado  only , the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 – $134,999 and  information on benefits offered is here.
