United Site Services is searching for an Industrial Key Account Manager (KAM) based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
While the KAM will be responsible for the Industrial sector overall, there will be a key focus on the Petrochemical and Refineries subsectors within the assigned market.
USS Industrial Key Account Managers are responsible for selling portable sanitation, fence, holding tanks, and additional site services primarily to industrial customers while developing current and potential customer relationships to meet or exceed yearly revenue budgets.
Responsibilities include developing and executing an annual territory sales plan, account management, cold-calling and presentation development.
The Industrial KAM will lead the effort in pursuing major capital projects and turnarounds, securing regional agreements, and closing high priority orders.
As identified by the Vice President of Sales for the region, the KAM will own the relationship at the regional or even corporate level within the assigned strategic accounts.
The KAM will work with the National Account Managers and Territory Account Managers to increase the market share of their respective accounts.
