Vertical Content Knowledge Manager

Duties: Oversee 6+ internal vertical resource pages by: Implementing a regular cadence and process for surfacing, organizing and scaling sales enablement content globally across our key verticals Developing and executing an internal repository governance and editorial policy in alignment with the internal communications team Drive awareness and use of our resource pages by: Developing a communication strategy to keep cross-functional stakeholders up-to-date on our latest content Driving internal education and training on how best to access and implement site contentSkills: The ideal candidate has experience in UX design, site management, analytics and knowledge management, and exhibits excellent organization and prioritization skills. They need to have strong aptitude for sourcing information, presenting it in a discoverable, easy-to-navigate interface and assessing impact. They also must be a self-starter, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, and must thrive in cross-functional teams.Qualifications: University BA/BS degree 3+ years experience in UX, marketing, knowledge management, analytics, consulting, strategic planning, and/or another related field Familiarity of marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space Proven track record of partnering with a Marketing and Sales organization to drive business impact Exceptional ability to source, curate, organize, scale and promote information to a sales audiencePDN-9618aa57-6c06-4d24-b571-e101d6571f4b
