Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of media buyers to operate as an outstanding media buying operation Brainstorm and supply relevant insights on creatives and data for several games that lead to incremental advantages in media buying or product success Solve ongoing performance goals Nurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA’s standing within the partner’s development roadmap Always want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing Take ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partners
Requirements
4+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV) Curiosity and experience always looking for, proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners and formats Experience inspiring team members at any level to achieve at an level BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, Snapchat.
Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment Passion/knowledge for video games Always want to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing Knowledge of Excel , SQL and Microsoft office / google applications Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or HTML Comfortable managing multi million dollar budgets
