Value & Access organization has recently created a transformation office dedicated to partnering with the organization on the identification, development and implementation of a broad range of initiatives dedicated to transforming organizational capabilities, ultimately enabling Amgen to deliver for patients now and over time as the dynamic US healthcare ecosystem continues to evolve.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing talent development related initiatives broadly across USVA, dedicated to attracting developing, and retaining talent to enable USVA to be a best in class organization now and into the future.

This individual will be responsible for (including but not limited to): Partnering with business leads, learning and performance organization, and ecosystem transformation director to continually identify talent development requirements to deliver against Amgen long term ambition Partner with business leads and learning and performance organization to evaluate process and platform capabilities required to support onboarding and ongoing development of team members across the diverse set of functions within USVA Implement a sustainable platform solution for facilitating training and development Develop and execute yearly strategic training plan in alignment with business leaders across functions Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage external training offerings, managing their integration into training programs/platforms Partner with the organization to identify effective approaches to sourcing talent both internally and externally Collaborate and integrate with other learning and development efforts underway across USBO and GCO Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of commercial operations and/or business experience Or Masters degree and 4 years of commercial operations and/or business experience Or Bachelors degree and 6 years of commercial operations and/or business experience Or Associates degree and 10 years of commercial operations and/or business experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of commercial operations and/or business experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in evaluation and development of adult learning-oriented training and coaching programs Experience using multiple modalities for content delivery (e.g.

person vs.

non-personal/virtual) Experience conducting needs analysis across broad stakeholder groups Ability to collaborate, lead, and influence cross-functional teams and partners Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills Strong communicator with change management experience Proficiency in utilizing work empowered tools (e.g.
