POSITION:TRAINING MANAGER

SUMMARY
This role conducts, supervises and manages the activities of a dedicated regional or Branch training deployment, and the activities of a compliance files where the Security Account Manager or a Security Supervisor requires such assistance.
Immediate opening for a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and general understanding of the familiarity with the duties of a Training Manager.
Will be responsible for training in the Riverside/Moreno Valley region.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review company training needs, developing and implementing solutions.
* Proposes new training program to address emerging issues.
* Prepare and present security curriculum.
* Ensure all training is properly tracked and information is maintained so that information can be provided timely when requested or needed.
* Maintains training database, records and documentations as well as preparing statistical reports to evaluate performance of training activities and instructions.
* Ensures that all training is coordinated through the region.
* Conducts training as required.
* Assigned compliance reporting responsibilities.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* At least 1 year of training experience required.
* Have the ability to plan, organize and implement administrative and operational programs and procedures, which includes the development of training and equipment budgets.
* Must be Computer literate; Prefer intermediate operational knowledge of PowerPoint.
* Prefer at least one (1) year of experience in hazardous materials, or related field.
* Prefer at least one (1) year of experience of instruction or teaching experience.
* Must have valid Government issued Driver’s License
* Must have valid Guard Card and prefer International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety Basic Officer & Advanced Officer and Supervisor Certification
