Training and Business Solution Program Director – IT (Remote) RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the implementation and delivery of IT technology training initiatives across various business teams and manufacturing locations.Responsible to supervise a team of solution experts who have a passion for training and technology.Responsible to work directly with internal/external customers and business stakeholders to analyze system utilization, requirements, collect issues/risks, and manage timelines to completion.Responsible to drive continuous improvement and change management.Responsible to lead the IT Center of Excellence by delivering IT technology and system training while maintaining the project/program end to end including scope, timelines, , collecting feedback, utilization analysis, coordinating training and working closely with the onsite teams.Responsible to drive the creation of innovative, best in class training programs and journeys using different learning mediums (self-learning, instructor led learning, supplemental materials, experiential, interactive learnings) to drive desired outcomes.Responsible to act as an escalation point for the requesting team and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the site training initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.8 + years of project management experience.8+ years of leadership experience.5+ years of ERP experience, preferably Oracle.Experience with lean principles in manufacturing environment.Passion for developing and training technology solutions enterprise-wideAbility to communicate at all levels of the organizationUpto: 60-70% travelBilingual Spanish a plus.
