High Volume AAA Roadside Assistance Contract Station/CHP and Sheriff Towing provider is looking to add a leader to its team!
* Ability to learn or have experience in dispatching
* Effective communication skills* Customer service skills is a must
* Previous management experience is required
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* Clean driving record and background required.
* Automotive background is a plus but not required.
*Team player with ability to motivate others.
*Ability to deal with conflict resolution
Job description ( a few highlights) :
1) Ensuring your team of drivers and dispatchers are meeting their goals and key performance indicators.
2) Ensuring the dispatch department is operating efficiently
3) Following up and taking care of all towing customer concerns.
4) Interviewing and training new drivers and dispatchers.
5) Establishing synergy between the towing department, battery service department and automotive service department.
