Seeking a Project Superintendent with 5+ years of TI experience in renovations of large hospitality project.
The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of renovation of large techniques and the imagination to derive the most efficient method of completing a task.
The Project Superintendents principal duty is to properly schedule the work of the crews, equipment and subcontractors to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner.
Ideal candidate must be effective in working crews, organizing work and scheduling activities.
The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate the plan and sequence of activities to all subcontractors and material suppliers to effectively implement our goals and is responsible for keeping the job schedule current.
The Project Superintendent reports directly to the Director of Design/Construction.
This project is in downtown Los Angeles.
Candidate must provide references related to their experience as a Superintendent.
