The Neverlands: Culinary Manager

The Edison and Clifton’s Republic are part of Los Angeles Legendary Nightlife. We provide an extraordinary and innovative hospitality experience to our patrons, allowing them to experience the art of adventure within some of the world’s most iconic and visionary spaces.We are looking for a full-time Culinary Manager for immediate hire. The Culinary Manager oversees food service at one of our unique venues and supports the Culinary Director in developing and executing exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.Essential FunctionsManages the execution of menus, preparation instructions, and individual dish specifications by ingredients and corresponding portion sizesMaintains standards, processes, and tools to assist in delivering consistent culinary productsGuides and supports the culinary team, creating the best work environment possibleMonitors guest feedback from our venues to maintain excellent levels of guest satisfactionEnsures compliance with all company and food and safety regulationsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications3+ years executive kitchen management experienceAbility to lead, develop, and direct a teamStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer serviceGreat problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing othersWages and Benefits: Compensation is DOE.
