Job Description:Maintain and improve laboratory’s clinical QMSRegularly performs QC reviews Routinely gather data analysis to look for trends or shifts in Quality Control materialEnsures the laboratory’s enrollment in Proficiency Testing (PT) programs are up to date and that PT samples are processed according the CAP and CLIA requirementsHas oversight on training and competency programsIs responsible for maintaining a Continuing Education program for all technical staffQualifications: BS Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related fieldManagerial experience within Clinical LaboratoryThree years experience with CLIACurrently involved with PCRAll interested candidates please send your resume to tarnold@judge.com or Apply Directly!Thank you!
