Territory Sales Manager

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

The Company:

CSG are currently working on behalf of a manufacturer of speciality glass. The company is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager.

Key stakeholders in these projects are building developers, owners, investors, architects, glazing contractors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and nurture ongoing and project based relationships with key developers, owners, investors and architects
  • Educate on the benefits the company’s products brings to the investing stakeholders and occupants and ensure value to price is articulated against alternative solutions
  • Attend local trade events and speaking engagements for key target verticals
  • Create and nurture ongoing project based relationships with qualified glazing and electrical contractors
  • Ensure the appropriate level of technical training is provided during the sales and installation process through reference material, videos and engagement
  • Grow and maintain a pipeline level in support of territory targets by creating self-sustained system of opportunity discovery

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years in a technical sales management role
  • experience with the real estate market, including architecture, construction, or real estate development
  • initiative, drive and be enthusiastic
  • excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder level
