We are expanding operations and looking for high performing territory sales managers in multiple markets.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in the HVAC industry and a track record of high production in a sales role.
This role requires above average time management and communication skills as well as an organized approach to workload management.
This role requires you to split your time maintaining the existing relationships we have created with the contractors in the designated territory, often making dozens of outbound calls daily, in order to keep our product top of mind and keep your customers’ needs taken care of.
This job is also very focused on converting new leads into customers and consistently filling your sales pipeline with new leads.
It will require a good portion of your time be spent working directly with our distribution partners and maintaining the relationship with our support network of distributor TM’s.
(HVAC Distribution experience is a plus.)
This role requires you to foster the relationships we have created with our manufacturer (OEM) partners and their equipment TM’s.
Must be willing and able to learn the technology required to perform the job at a high level and demonstrate mastery of the tools we have developed into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Must be a driven, self-starter that is comfortable traveling the territory on a weekly basis and conversing with HVAC and plumbing contractors in their offices and at industry events.
Working a booth at industry trade shows and networking events is required.
