This position will focus on managing a team of collaboration and AV support personnel, maintaining and enhancing various aspects of “white-glove” support to end users located around the world. This position will be responsible for Cisco voice and collaboration platforms including Webex, Call Manager, audiovisual design, implementation, and maintenance in conference rooms. This manager will assist with broadcasts and other major internal/external communication events as well as webcasts and town halls.

This position requires the ability to work closely with executives at the highest level and manage complex requests. The candidate will have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. The candidate will have experience managing Cisco’s Webex platform as well as understanding other online meeting platforms. The candidate will also need to have basic understanding of modern conference room technologies and manufacturers including; SIP video connectivity, Cisco telepresence endpoints, AMX, Crestron, Biamp, and basic network connectivity concepts.

Responsibility:

• Provide audio-visual and video-tele-conferencing support for official meetings and other high-level events.

• Manage and support Video vendors (example: Webex, Zoom, MS Teams)

• Provide end-user training on AV room systems

• Provide training to end users on the Webex collaboration platform.

• Ensure basic operational checks are performed on AV equipment, troubleshoot as needed

• Interface with and maintain working relationships with 3rd party support vendors

• Review existing and future conference room deployments for optimal design

• Responsible for all conference center services including the operation of all permanent and portable audio/visual equipment.

Manage collaboration environment including Webex and Cisco Call Manger voice platforms

• Manage various telco services with carriers

• Maintain, monitor, control and program several large-scale video media walls and financial data ticker systems

• Manage inventory and regular maintenance of Audio Visual equipment and systems.

• Maintain a working relationship with other support groups that service our operations and directly affect the success of all media center operations.

• Manage support, troubleshoot, and equipment inventories

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree

Experience with audio/visual systems and broadcast equipment.

Experience with online-based meeting platforms. (Webex)

Analytical and technical skill to troubleshoot equipment and diagnose problems in real-time to resolve issues immediately.

Possess the mentality to provide “white-glove” level service to internal and external clients.

Must be able to interact with all levels of management, and perform well in high-pressure situations.

Candidate must be organized to manage and contribute within a team environment, capable of earning trust from all levels of management. Present a professional image to internal and external customers.

Must be flexible to meet emergency deadlines that may fall outside of normal work hours, must be an exceptional crisis manager, and work well under pressure.

Must be able to organize work and manage own time to maintain accurate records and schedules, as the position requires
