The Work:
We are looking for a Manager who can build innovative industry assets to operationalize the pod and co-ordinate the delivery and manage senior client relationships. You will navigate the ecosystem of Accenture to build capability for projects and liase with your leadership team to understand the vision and requirements for projects.
Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Ownership
Build a deeper understanding of assigned innovation area, identify and fill innovation gaps and generate new ideas
Define, prioritize, oversee and implement multiple projects. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and client impact
Perform market and competitor analysis, obtain and incorporate customer feedback into solution vision/roadmap
Own and drive the vision of solution roadmap
Create buy-in for the solution vision both internally or with external partners (outside of TSI or Accenture).
Convert solution strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, demos and offerings
Identify external organizations for Spotlight investment or partnerships
Industrialization of assets and offerings
Act as a solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Contribute to the success of solution implementation and adoption
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Work closely with Asset Engineering Hub, Marketing and Communications team (MarCom), Innovations, Capabilities and other stakeholders to deliver result. Ensure that projects are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed
Collaborate with your peers in leadership to define a strategic vision for what we build, helping focus on solving user problems
Prioritize solution offerings backlog and leverage Innovation team to create the differentiators
Collaborate with innovation & activation team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Collaborate on Go-to-Market strategy and Promotional Plans with MarCom
Stakeholder management
Manage relationships with all the stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements, apart from acting as a bridge between the various technical and non-technical teams to simplify

Here’s What you Need:
Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering technology solutions, with a focus & passion for sustainability and strategy
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in project delivery and stakeholder management
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a solution manager, product manager or similar roles involving building scalable and optimized solutions
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience analysing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights and trends
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points if:
Deep understanding of technology – latest and greatest technological trends
Innovative mindset – comfortable operating in start-up type environment
Ability to utilise key industry & trends to develop value propositions
An understanding of business model innovation
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 – $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
