About the Role
As a member of the Account Team, the Technical Program Manager, Digital Buildings will be responsible for all aspects of a regional portfolio of Digital Buildings projects in support of the account and our client.
You will collaborate with client and account stakeholders to document requirements, manage risks, work toward milestones, and communicate overall status to a broad group of business and technical folks.
You’ll leverage industry tools, protocols, and ontologies to onboard facility systems (i.e.
BMS, HVAC, lighting, electrical, IoT, energy metering, and more) to a central repository .
Our client depends on robust, validated, and consistent data from their Digital Buildings
– it will be your job to work within (and build new, where appropriate) processes that can do this securely at global scale to enable buildings that operate with health and wellness, sustainability, and energy efficiency as core tenets.
Your Areas of Focus will include:
Digital Buildings and IoT
Supports the implementation and evolution of the clients FM Digital Building Strategy for the region
Understands the data sets required to build analytical and trend information for buildings
Good understanding of available IoT FM technologies and the ability to leverage these in daily operations
Digital Twin
Provide support and thought leadership for the emerging BIM and Digital Twin technology and innovation throughout the region
Understanding of industry Digital Twin technologies and leverage these in FM operations
Qualifications
Education
– Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
FM Stack
– 4 + years related work experience across various FM technologies (BMS, IoT, CMMS)
Figure It Out
– you embrace occasional ambiguity and can solve problems
GSD
– e xceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills (you “get stuff done”)
Collab Chops
– you know productivity suites (you’ve used VLOOKUP before and know how to craft a concise, influential deck)

– you’ve worked across regions (AMS, EMEA, APAC) and “think globally, act locally”
Herding Cats
– you can confidently manage multiple priorities with flexibility and rapid response time
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud integration
– you know how IoT clouds, MQTT brokers, and pub/sub frameworks operate
Cybersecurity
– you’re familiar with InfoSec best practices (TLS, AES, VPN tunnels, VLANs, etc )
LAN
– you understand protocols like BACnet and Modbus (port 47808 means something to you)
MSI
– you’ve worked on Master Systems Integrator (MSI) projects to bring together disparate facility systems with protocol-agnostic gateways
Industry creds
– you’ve studied and proven your mettle as a PE, LEED AP, CEM, WELL AP, FMP, or similar
