They implement multi-channel digital advertising campaigns and are responsible for successful advertising execution.

The Manager utilizes advanced management skills and advertising expertise to drive client strategies and achieve desired performance.

The Manager employs expert media knowledge of pay-per-click search engine optimization as well as keyword analysis, geographic targeting, campaign optimization, custom ad, display updates, email marketing, and social media display to successfully drive results for the team.

The Manager is the face of the advertising team to the client and internal leadership.Responsibilities:Become an advisor to the client and drive regular and productive contact with clients to review advertising campaign strategy and performanceProvide coaching to your strategists on campaign proposals and review performance resultsAssist members of your team in identifying business development opportunities, and creating proposals to present to clientsResponsible for the retention and growth of digital advertising revenue to meet quarterly and annual team objectivesMonitor and analyze campaigns and make changes to improve performance metrics and/or direct others to do soCollaborate with Sincro sales organization to uncover opportunities and to manage client relationshipsProactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies and work cross-departmentally to impact desired changeApply advanced knowledge of general Digital Marketing and specific Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media best practicesGather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to clientsLead a group of Strategists and/or Analysts responsible for overall advertising performance.

Manage team to deliver on defined performance and revenue targets and continue to refine these targets, making changes as necessary to meet client goals.Provide management and professional guidance to the team through one-on-one meetings; regular team meetings; development of quarterly and annual performance goals & objectives; documenting and delivering timely performance feedback.Manage senior-level client relationships including global results reviews and insight presentations, custom proposals, and problem resolution.Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies and work cross-departmentally to impact desired change.Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal leadershipOwn and drive advertising services delivery including performance reviews, ad-hoc reports and projects, and ongoing optimization around operations and marketing delivery.Responsible for participating in launch projects and for being the representative and spokesperson for Advertising Services.High level of maturity and judgment to represent Sincro in a polished, intelligent manner.Work with Centers of Excellence product teams to continue to define delivery and refine coordination.Drive the business development process as well as drive sales, generate leads, and open doors for your team.Build high-performance teams with a demonstrated ability to show the value of a media property rather than just the program/price.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree required 2-5 years of experience directly managing a team of 5 2 years withhands on paid search/PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media experience Experience working in the digital marketing industry Advanced Account Management skills Google AdWords certification required Bing certification desired Previous agency experience desired Media sales experience desired Experience developing, implementing and gauging the success of new processes from the ground up Expertise delivering performance analysis to both internal and external customers Ability to coach employees in both client management and digital marketing delivery Experience with industry standards and key performance indicators We are a culture of passionate, collaborative and respectful people.
