Talent and Learning Project Manager

In this role, you will be the person who keeps our team on track and on time for Early Talent and L&D initiatives within Global Product & Technology.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the early talent and learning & development processes and think strategically about how to make improvements that drive positive outcomes for the Global Product & Technology organization.

Includes coordination with vendors, business partners, and senior leaders within Technology.

Responsible for meeting project milestones and escalating barriers as they are identified.

Requires meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

Learning Responsibilities Manages the coordination of all operational and learning activities for complex learning and development events to ensure efficient delivery of both live and virtual courses.

Manages deployment of internal and external resources, budget management activities, and vendor management process.

Serves as an escalation point to resolve potential delivery issues or scheduling conflicts and concerns related to the operations of program offerings.

Serves as a point-of-contact for Technology Associates regarding 3rd party training and relevant communications.

Works closely with the Director of Learning on the day-to-day administration of Learning and Development actions for all technology associates, including learning activities setup, integration, content uploading, and running reports.

Youll do whatever it takes to keep the project moving.

No two days are the same.

Early Talent Program To thrive in this role, youll also lead the coordination of all operational activities for early talent recruitment and onboarding.

Manages vendor management and procurement processes with early talent agencies.

Serves as an escalation point to resolve potential issues or scheduling conflicts and concerns related to the administration or logistics of early talent recruitment and onboarding programs.

Partners with Finance and Human Resources to manage early talent positions and funding transfer activities.

Serves as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and Department Leaders/People Leaders to gather information for early talent placement (hiring manager, start dates, job/role descriptions).

You’ll share information with your teammates, mark milestones, and provide metrics and status updates to the Early Talent and Learning team and project sponsors.

You’ll pull the team back to the agenda.

You’ll stay on top of the schedule, remove barriers, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.

Variety of tasks.

There is no typical day.

You could coach a teammate, deliver a status update to executives in other departments, or make sure we have deployed our resources in the best possible way.

You will manage many competing priorities, so a fast pace should not scare you.

Experience.

You have 2-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
