You’ll join an incredible team filled with smart, fun, passionate people who love making an impact.We believe in creative environments, progressive ideas and excellence in operational effectiveness.We love what we do.What will you do in this role?You willAdministration of talent programs including, but not limited to, recruiting; staffing vendors; incentive programs; talent management.Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring ofqualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Responsible for implementation of ATS (iCIMS).
Continue to create efficiencies with iCIMS and ensure data integrity.
Provides oversight and coordination on recruiting strategies for corporate and contact center employees.Create employer branding strategy; Monitor social media regarding employer branding; respond to reviews on employer pages in collaboration with Engagement Team.
Create and implement social media recruitment strategy.Create and monitor job board strategy and budgets.
Liase with staffing agencies, negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
Create and analyze talent acquisition metrics.
Create reports to senior leadership.Collaborate with HRBP to conduct monthly meetings with department leaders to discuss staffing, turnover and retention.Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of talent trends, best practices, regulatory changes, talent management, and employment law.Analyzes trends to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Collaborate with Benefits and Employee Engagement on talent attraction.
Make recommendations to senior leadership.
What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.At least five years of talent, performance management, and recruiting experience required.Prior experience with iICMS highly desired.Prior experience in a call center desired.Experience creating and maintaining talent acquisition metrics.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and iCIMS.Proficient with the development, implementation, and execution of incentive programs.Why work for us?
