The Creative Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Lead over CRM/Messaging for an enterprise client in Los Angeles.
Position: Marketing Operations Technologist
Location: Remote
Interview Process: Meet with Director of New Client Acquisition followed by 2 other practice directors
Job Overview: The primary focus of the Marketing Technologist is to coordinate the implementation and manage our marketing technology ecosystem to help meet the needs of the business and our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams, Information Technology and our external partners to build the foundation for data management, enabling efficient and effective data capture, integration, access, campaigns and analytics. You will work with multiple stakeholders and departments to understand their objectives and implement solutions to meet those goals; and enable Marketing to manage omni-channel campaigns and communications. The successful Marketing Technologist must be adept at building relationships and cultivating trust and confidence with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Information Technology, Client Experience, external agencies, and our leadership. The ideal candidate must be able to extract and demonstrate value and opportunities in addition to reporting on metrics and data streams, as well as comfortable working collaboratively while taking initiative and discovering new ways to add and extend value to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and platform requirements into marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain cross-functional relationships (Marketing, Product, Engineering) as well as external vendors and suppliers
- Work within systems (mostly vendor operated) to deliver data that will drive marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to map messaging use cases to data requirements and platform capabilities
- Work with marketing and IT to identify consumer touchpoints and attributes to support audience segmentation, targeting, marketing campaign activation and measurement
- Manage vendor relationships
- Provide customer service support to hospitals on certain programs
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Math, Computer Science or related field/work experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Data collection and Data Taxonomy withing Data Management Platforms
- D2C CRM messaging and marketing automation platforms
- Email messaging required (SMS is a plus)
- Consumer and attribute data for audience segmentation, targeting, and measurement
- Subscription and lifecycle marketing is a plus
- strong written and oral communication skills
- able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines
Top Requirements:
- Enterprise Marketing Management experience (strongly preferred, but not required)
- Data analytics for Marketing Campaign Strategy
