The role requires strategic thinking and innovation in the ESG space to work with HQ product teams to develop and improve the O& L sustainable product offering in line with our organization commitments on decarbonization.

This person is the first point liaison for the Product Managers, Sales & Customer Experience teams for O& L sustainable products.Key activities include Performance management and direction-setting Drive growth on the O& L sustainable products across North America Actively providing feedback to the organization on product performance Ensures frontline colleagues are aware of the product offerings – meaningfully correct the knowledge gaps across the commercial teams.

Be the Regional product expert to facilitate customer discussions.

Drive sharing mechanism across sales regional teams.Product enablement Manage region targets and drive performance Establishes and maintains an operating system with key stakeholders to ensure growth and service delivery.

Owner of regional target planning and performance cycle.

Take a medium/long-term view on market/macro factors and Maersk’s position Optimize O& L revenue management models, processes and tools for sustainable product Enable process improvement, standardization and digitalization of O& L sustainable products across region.Planning and strategic input Conduct analysis into competitors and customers to consistently bring insights to organization around adoption/usage of O& L sustainable products.

Aligns with HQ O& L teams on direction products, verticals and geographies.

Provide regional input to product pricing strategy Provide regional input to new sustainability value proposition and align regional sustainability strategy with 2040 carbon neutral target.
