If you’re experienced with Sustainability and want to play a key role in helping us get to the next level, we invite you to send a resume or apply through the link below.Routine duties & responsibilities Build organizational awareness, incubate ideas, collaborate with executives and senior managers to set ESG standards and targets for the organization, implement a strategy, align and manage programs, report and communicate planning, progress, and impacts to stakeholders.

Develop an annual sustainability, CSR, and/or ESG reporting process to effectively communicate goals, needs, and accomplishments to interested stakeholders.Develop and manage ESG and Sustainability initiatives, establish policies; and develop organizational capabilities to support data collection, progress, and reporting.Build relevant metrics into planning and management processes within the organization.Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, IT, and other departments to understand client, market, and personnel concerns and needs and to tailor net-positive processes to the organization and value-added reporting to its clients.Partner with Marketing and Internal Committee leaders to build brand awareness and reputation, present information through multiple channels, and incorporate sustainability into events.

Orient and direct the company’s internal Sustainability Committee.Collaborate with Business Development and Operational directors to develop resources and respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, surveys, and the community at large.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in project or program management, sustainable business, construction management, architecture, or related field of study.Experience in Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, and/or Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) program management, preferably in the real estate and construction industry.Understanding of common Sustainability, CSR, and ESG metrics, reporting standards, trends, and tools.Familiarity with Green Building rating systems, such as LEED, WELL, GRESB, etc.Working conditions and Physical DemandsThe ESG Program Manager may routinely sit or stand for long periods of time performing normal duties and/or interacting with coworkers and clients at meetings and events.The ESG Program Manager may routinely lift and/or carry moderately heavy objects such as plan sets and material submittals, and work on repetitive tasks in front of a computer screen, which may strain the eyes of certain individuals, cause chronic joint discomfort, and related issues.
