The Accenture Technology IPS SC&O is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Business Solutions Consultant to develop and grow our Planning business for the platforms like Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP & Blue Yonder.

Supply Chain Planning professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Supports identification, assessment of complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Closely follows the strategic direction set by management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts with management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

Works in a team to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Part of medium to large sized Kinaxis Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Ensure that the deliverables support for architecture, capabilities, and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements.

Part of a team to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.

Supports end to end testing during System Integration Testing Supports User Acceptance Testing Works on delivery of Supply Chain Planning Solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.

Works to adopt standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.

Here’s what you need Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience) Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning OR minimum of 1 year of experience in implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP or Blue Yonder modules Nice to have Experience in other APS tools preferred
– SAP APO, BY/i2/Manugistics/JDA, Aspentech, Quintiq, etc.

or at least 1 full life cycle of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP & Blue Yonder implementation Experience of with technical design for inbound / outbound processes Intermediate knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP & Blue Yonder configuration/technical development Intermediate knowledge at least one major supply chain function: Supply, Aggregate Supply, Capacity, Order Promising, Demand Management, Forecasting, MEIO, S&OP Intermediate knowledge of functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERPs Intermediate knowledge Understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP & Blue Yonder Graph or Data Models Ability two operate in a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent self and time management skills As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288
